Las Villas de San Buenas is located right next door – in fact we share a border with them, so you can simply walk to the course from your home or take a small drive through their main entrance to get there.  In the early designs and planning, Las Villas de San Buenas donated some land to them so they could build their driving range which would also allow our residents  the opportunity to purchase discounted memberships.

Residents and neighbors of Las Villas de San Buenas have the opportunity to purchase a full golf course membership at a discounted price. We are the only development in Costa

Rica that has this privilege. The private club membership is a one time fee of $10,000 (can be paid over 5 years) with annual dues of $1,200 for unlimited golf and discounted golf cart rental. As the other amenities are built out, members will also receive those benefits as well.
