Our next home to be started next month

We have recently received the signed contract and first payment for the construction of our next home. We have now started the permitting process which will take approximately four weeks to complete. Once we’ve received all of the necessary permits we will begin construction on this beautiful two bedroom (plus a loft) home. This home is being built on the edge of the jungle and has year round sounds of the quebrada (creek) down 75 feet below the lot.

Inside the home will have vaulted ceilings peaking out at 5 meters (a little more than 16 feet) providing plenty of natural light, breezes and fresh air along with all of the wonderful sounds that a Costa Rica jungle provides (toucans, macaws, etc).
